Content Removal Requests & Appeals (Persons Depicted):
Any person depicted in content published on cutlersden.com may request removal of that content at any time, whether or not they previously signed a model release. An authorized legal representative of a depicted person may also submit a request on their behalf.

5. Proof of identity sufficient for us to verify that you are the person depicted. Identity verification is required to protect depicted persons from fraudulent removal requests submitted by third parties.

Review and resolution: We will review and resolve all removal requests within 7 business days of receipt. As part of our review, we will examine the content in question and all associated consent documentation, including model releases and identification records maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. If our investigation determines that consent was not given, or that consent is void under applicable law, the content will be permanently removed from the website. Content determined to be unlawful will be removed immediately. We will notify you of the outcome of our review.

Appeals and neutral review: If you disagree with the outcome of our review, you may request that the disagreement be resolved by a neutral third party, such as an independent arbitration organization, at our expense. We will abide by the determination of the neutral body. To initiate neutral review, reply to our decision at [email protected] stating that you wish to appeal the outcome.

No fee is charged to submit a removal request, and no adverse action will be taken against any person for submitting a request in good faith.

We will investigate within an appropriate timescale.

We will take necessary actions based on our findings. Except for removal requests submitted by persons depicted (see above), we are not obligated to inform you of the outcome.


Unjustified or Abusive Complaints:
If you make unjustified, abusive, or bad-faith complaints, your user account may be suspended or terminated.


Prohibited Content:

Non-Consensual Content: Content must have written consent and age verification.
